• 2 Prenatal appointments (4 hrs total. This also includes 10 minutes of each: prenatal yoga, light touch massage, and guided meditation at each appointment)

• On-call services begin at 37 weeks gestation (this means, from the moment you call me in for labor support, I guarantee to be by your side within 1-2 hours)

• Physical and Emotional support (I provide full and continues support through labor and birth)

• 20 + Photos (I am not a professional photographer, however do guarantee at least 20 pictures of your labor/birth)

• 1 Postpartum visit (3 hrs total. This includes 1 hour for an uninterrupted meal and relax time. And no need to worry, we bring the prepared meal to you!)

• On-call services begin at 37 weeks gestation (this means, from the moment you call me in for labor support, I guarantee to be by your side within 1-2 hours)

• Labor bag (at our 37 week appointment you will receive a labor bag with tools you can use during the last few weeks of pregnancy and through labor and birth)

• Physical and Emotional support (I provide full and continues support through labor and birth)

• 30 + Photos (I am not a professional photographer, however do guarantee at least 30 pictures of your labor/birth)

• 2 Postpartum visit (6 hrs total. This includes 2-1 hour uninterrupted meals and relax time. And no need to worry, we bring the prepared meal to you each time!)
